Your role

- Collaborating with product development teams to create new fragrance or flavor formulations or improve existing ones
- Selecting and combining different ingredients, such as essential oils, aroma chemicals, or flavor compounds, to achieve desired scent or taste profiles
- Researching and sourcing high-quality ingredients from suppliers to ensure the availability of key components for fragrance or flavor formulations
- Evaluating quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance of ingredients
- Blending and compounding ingredients in precise proportions to create fragrances or flavors according to specific formulations
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure the consistency and quality of fragrance or flavor compounds
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards for fragrance or flavor compounds
